Accra Hearts of Oak captain, Fatawu Mohammed has attributed his improvement to coach Samuel Boadu’s work rate and encouragement to players to give their best.
Fatawu is in his eighth season at the 2000 CAF Champions League winners which he joined from the now second-tier side, Real Tamale United in 2013.
The 29-year-old has seen his game improve massively since the arrival of coach Samuel Boadu from Medeama Sporting Club.
Fatawu talks about coach Samuel Boadu’s impact on his renaissance.
“What I will say is, it is not an easy task because being at this level is not easy, you have to work hard.
“I can say a very big thank you to this man [Samuel Boadu], he pushed me hard to be where I am today.
“But it’s not yet over, I’m still fighting hard because this is not the level that Fatawu [Mohammed] wants to be, I want to go high.

Fatawu Mohammed might win the Ghana Premier League as a captain should the Phobians annex the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
The 2004 CAF Confederation Cup winners lead rivals, Kotoko on the league table with 59 points with Kotoko on 56.
With three games to end the season, Fatawu Mohammed might lead the 2001 CAF Super Cup winners to their first league title in over 10-years.
